The French bakery has been in a former auto parts factory in a rural area of southeastern France since the late 1990s.
Now the company is opening a second location in the town of Boulogne-Billancourt, with plans to build a new facility in 2018.
The former auto part factory opened in 2002 and has a small kitchen and kitchen sink.
It has since expanded and now employs more than 2,000 people.
The company has plans to open the second French bakery in Boulorgne-Barry.
The second location will be a cafe-like experience, the company said.
“Our concept is to create a space where you can sit and relax, but also experience the bakery as a whole,” the company wrote in a press release.
“We’ll offer a cafe experience, where you’ll be surrounded by your favourite ingredients, while being encouraged to take your pick from the menu.”
“The café experience is about a new world where you get to enjoy your favourite flavours and aromas with a smile, and to enjoy the atmosphere that’s created by the natural surroundings,” the press release continued.
“In the bakery, we will offer you a unique experience that you’ll enjoy every time you go in.”
The bakery has plans for a cafe with seating for up to 120 people.
It is expected to open in the spring of 2021.
