I’ve been working at Dees’ Bakery for two years and it has really been a great experience.
It is a very busy bakery, and we have had customers coming from all over Ireland.
“Dees has been running his family business since 1991, but has now expanded to include a range, including apple and apple pie and honey breads, and a selection of fruits and vegetables.
“The customers have been really kind and really helpful in supporting us and helping us out. “
We’ve been really fortunate to have a lot of help from the community, both in our local area and in the wider region,” said Daniel.
“At the end of the day, the customers, the farmers and the other staff have been fantastic.” “
